Golf is taking a week off in America. The PGA Tour and the PGA Tour Champions aren’t playing until next week. LIV Golf and the Korn Ferry Tour are done for the year. That puts the attention on the other side of the world. The LPGA Tour is going to Malaysia for the third of four straight weeks in its Asia swing. The European tour leaves the continent for Qatar. There’s also the Asia-Pacific Amateur at Royal Melbourne in Australia, where the winner gets in the Masters and the British Open. The LPGA field has six of the top 10 players in the women’s world ranking.
